Russell wears many hats for TMN, but a chef’s hat fits him best.  His formal training was at the CulinaryInstitute of America and he has coupled his passion for helping people with his love of creating great food to teach, to feed and to amaze parties of 2 or 200 with his culinary skills. When he’s not nordic skiing or cycling, you may see Russell working for TMN… behind the wheel, behind the registration desk or behind the stove.  Whichever role he happens to be filling at the time you can bet it will get done with passion and a smile!
