You don't need to hear all the buzzwords. What we do boils down to one thing: relationships. Our relationship with you and building your relationships with your event attendees. How does it all work? We meet with you six months to a year prior to the event and here are the steps we take together.

STEP 1:
INITIAL MEETING

We want to know what you’ve envisioned so we can brainstorm together.
 

During the initial meeting we learn about your parameters and begin sharing ideas. Whether you just need some extra event horsepower, or you’re still at square one and need us to think outside the box, this is where it all begins.

What you do: 

Share what you have in mind including: event type, purpose and goals, number of attendees, general budget, preferred location, and date pattern.

STEP 3:
HARDCORE NEGOTIATIONS

Now that we’ve narrowed it down, let’s hammer out the details. During this step we take your top three and do our homework to figure out the goodies that put each option over the top. Then we make a final presentation including pros, cons, barriers, and logistics. Where we go next is up to you.

STEP 5:
ONSITE IMPLEMENTATION

Let the fun begin as the event unfolds. This is what we’ve been working toward, and we want to make sure it goes off without a hitch. What’s our secret? The people who’ve planned your event are the same crew on site. This consistency keeps everything streamlined and successful.

What you do: 

Enjoy! Whether we’re managing it all or serving as your support team, we can’t wait to see you there.

STEP 2:
IDEAS

After our initial meeting, we take what we’ve learned about your culture and goals, and plug in our knowledge from years of event planning. We solidify four to five ideas and share them with you, including general details about each option (stuff like flight options, weather, nearby hub cities), and rough budgets so you can make informed choices.

 

What you do:

Pick the top three and give us your feedback.

STEP 4:
WE GET TO WORK

After you’ve made your choice, we write up a contract including timelines, deadlines, and payment details. And now it’s time for us to roll up our sleeves and get to work! During this stage, we put in our time and talent to ensure all the details are sorted and you’re getting exactly what you expect. Our goal is to overdeliver.

Sit back and relax, or be as involved as you’d like.

STEP 6:
WRAP UP DEBRIEF

Now that the event has wrapped up, we want to know what went well and what we can do better next time. During this meeting we can review attendee survey results, cover key takeaways, go over the budget, and make sure nothing was missed. It’s crucial for us to know what worked and what didn’t, and important for you to share your thoughts.
