We started in a garage.
Twenty-one people and six dogs, in Boise since 1998.
We handle corporate event planning, production, and destination management end to end, from twenty executives to twelve hundred guests, on four continents.
The part that matters most is the team. The same people who plan your program are the ones on site when it runs, and the ones still there when the last case is packed.

Our Story
How we got here.

2001

Into Scott’s “Basement Office”.

2010

back to the basics
The Method

One team, first call to teardown.
The people who plan your program are the people on headset when the doors open. No handover, no second team arriving on site.

We own the inventory.
Our engineers, our gear, our trucks. When we build a stage in a stadium or a factory, we’re not reliant on whatever the venue happens to have.

We know the ground.
Preferred DMC for Sun Valley Resorts, and eight hundred venues sourced a year. We budget across currencies as standard.

We fabricate in-house.
Sets, signage, and scenic are built by the same team that installs and strikes them. Drawn in 3D first, so the room is resolved before anything moves.

We measure it.
Live surveys during the program, attendance and engagement data throughout, and reporting that shapes the next one. The work doesn’t end when the room empties.

Clients stay.
Our longest relationship is twenty-six years. One program has run annually for fifteen. Another runs twice a year, on opposite coasts.
Our People
Everyone you’ll work with.
The team keeps growing. The standard doesn’t move.

Pat Moloney
Founder
Taught for twenty years, then founded TMN in 1998. Still coaching.
Pat Moloney is a teacher and coach at heart. After completing a nearly 20-year career in education he transitioned to the corporate event business by founding TMN Events (The Meeting Network) in 1998. His passion for delivering the most unique experiences with his added “teachable moments” helped grow TMN to where it is today. His mentorship “coaching” of numerous staff members through the growth of TMN is a legacy our company will continue to benefit from for many years to come.

Scott Winegar
President
First employee, 2001. Seriously good mountain biker. Still setting the pace.
As President of TMN Events, Scott has dedicated his career to cultivating a best-in-class team, fostering key strategic alliances all while co-developing elevated corporate events, incentives, and trade shows around the world. He is passionate about driving maximum ROI for clients.
Under his leadership, TMN Events continues to push the boundaries of experiential events, strengthening TMN core capabilities, forging powerful vendor partnerships, and executing with cutting-edge precision.

Benjamin Hedrick
Director of Event Management
Runs the event team. Plays music, rides bikes, keeps the plates spinning.
Ben Hedrick is the Director of Event Management at TMN Events, where he leads the planning team and supports the execution of corporate meetings, conferences, incentive trips, and special events. He brings a practical, collaborative approach to event logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite production. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing music, riding bikes, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Tom Lillicrap
Director of AV Production
Signal chain to show call. English, and still correcting everyone’s pronunciation.
Tom has been with TMN Events full-time since 2021, where he leads all things audio, video, and technical production.
Originally from England, Tom has called the States home for ten years now, though he’s still on a one-man mission to teach his teammates the proper way to pronounce certain words. A devoted supporter of the Three Lions, he’s never far from a football match, the English kind, naturally.
When he’s not producing events, Tom is usually tackling a DIY project at his Boise home or planning his next adventure with his wife and red Lab, aka the Gusman.

Noreen Gallagher
Senior Event Specialist
Thirty years in the industry, and the answer to every obscure question.
With a long tenure in events, there is very little Noreen hasn’t run, including the thousand-person program that bought out Universal Studios for a day. She is the person the rest of the team goes to when nobody else knows the answer. A keen pickleball player with an eye for detail, and known around the office for never taking no for an answer.

Rich Caballero
Senior Event Specialist
Twenty years on budgets, twenty in the forest service. Both kinds of fire.
Rich has been with TMN for twenty years, running budgets, spreadsheets and the numbers that keep a program honest from first estimate to final reconciliation. Before that he spent twenty years in the forest fire service, which means he arrived already knowing how to stay calm while something urgent is happening, a skill that transfers to events more directly than you might expect.

Hannah Lawrence
Event Specialist
Turns a brief into the detail that works. TMN’s own beverage extraordinaire, always mid-recipe.
Hannah was born and raised in Boise, but don’t let that fool you into thinking she doesn’t get out much. A passionate traveler, she loves immersing herself in new cultures, exploring unique destinations, and embracing every adventure that comes her way.
When she’s not traveling, you’ll find her exploring the outdoors with her husband, Mike, and their pup, Theo. Whether they’re camping, rafting, or hiking the Boise foothills, they’re always looking for their next destination to explore together.
Hannah’s love of travel, combined with her natural organization, attention to detail, and passion for creating seamless experiences, makes event planning a perfect fit. She has been an Event Specialist with TMN Events since 2023, where she enjoys helping bring clients’ visions to life through thoughtful planning and flawless execution.

Sydney Butler
Event Specialist
Venue sourcing, decor, entertainment. Former Miss Rodeo Idaho, still bedazzling.
Sydney is a Boise native - an event specialist by practice but an outgoing, adventurous outdoors and animal lover by nature.
Sydney holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boise State University as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, a minor in Psychology, and a certificate in Public Relations.
In between degrees, Sydney held the title of Miss Rodeo Idaho and still enjoys any opportunity to interact with horse friends. While working toward her Master’s degree, Sydney interned with TMN Events before starting full time after graduation. She’s been with TMN for nearly four years.
Aside from a brain full of horse and rodeo trivia, Sydney specializes in public speaking and the fine details of event planning such as venue sourcing, decor, entertainment and activity booking. If not in the office or on an event, Sydney can be found spending time with friends, family and her black-lab mix Cooper.

Mia O’Leary
Event Specialist
Manages the cross-country roadshows. Runs on yoga, pilates, and momentum.
Mia O’Leary has been creating unforgettable experiences with TMN Events since 2022. She loves bringing active ideas and movement into the office to keep things fun and engaging. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her riding her bike, playing in the outdoors with Hank, traveling, or spending time with the people she loves.

Naomi Baltzan
Event Specialist
A designer’s eye on event work. Happiest in fresh powder or a tent.
Born and raised in Park City, Utah, Naomi Baltzan moved to Boise six years ago, where she earned her degree in Integrated Media and Strategic Communications with a minor in Visual Art from Boise State University. She joined TMN as an intern in 2025 and has since grown her passion for event planning. With experience as a social media manager, visual artist, and communication coordinator for Idaho Wine, the City of Boise, and the Downtown Boise Association, Naomi brings a creative eye, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Outside of work, Naomi is always on her next adventure. You’ll find her skiing fresh powder, camping in Idaho, crafting with friends, or traveling to a new country. She brings the same enthusiasm and creativity to her personal life as she does to her work.

Larkin Tobiason
Event Specialist
Nine years with TMN, running rewards programs. Yoga, and the fine detail.

Emily Oliver
Finance Manager
Keeps the numbers straight, everybody paid, and everybody happy.
As Finance Manager at TMN Events, Emily keeps the numbers running smoothly so our team can focus on creating exceptional event experiences. She enjoys building efficient processes, solving complex financial challenges, and supporting the success of both our clients and our team. When she is not at work, you’ll likely find her planning her next adventure; travel is one of her biggest passions, and she loves exploring new destinations and experiencing different cultures.

John “Mac” McNamara
Senior Production Specialist
AV, design, scenic, crates. Happiest under a classic car with an IPA nearby.
John Mac has been in Boise for 45 years, has a lovely wife of 33 years, 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren. He has worked with TMN for 7 years and full-time for the last 3. He loves working with the team and being around people. Scott Winegar calls him a Swiss Army knife. He does the Audio Visual thing with Tom, does graphic design, builds scenic elements and shipping crates, anything involving working with his hands, etc… He’s a jack of all trades. And he would like everyone to know the full saying that “Jack of all Trades” is from. “A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.”

Kaylin Lechner
Junior Event / Production Specialist
Across both AV and event teams, by way of a newsroom and a convention center.
Kaylin is the newest addition to TMN. She is a shapeshifter in the company. She is a part of both the audio-visual team and event team.
She graduated from University of Idaho with degrees in Advertising and Film & Television Studies. After moving back home to Boise she worked as the ‘Wake Up Idaho’ producer at KTVB NewsChannel 7. Most recently, she was an Audio-Visual Technician at Boise Centre.
When out of the office, you often won’t find her, she’s usually on some kind of adventure! But she loves making pottery, drawing and will always make time for a good movie. Whether that be at the local movie theaters or at home with her cat Frisbee.

Randee Godfrey
On-Site Event Specialist
Ten years on TMN shows. Pilates guru, and pound for pound the strongest here.

Cody Pugil
Event Specialist
River guide by trade, and never short of a terrible one-liner.

Erin Trimble

Twenty-five years in the industry. Registration queen, and always right.

Danny Houser
On-Site Audio Engineer
Forty years on audio. Mixed for Prince, for Obama, and most people in between.

Allee White
Junior Event Coordinator
Newest on the team, learning every part of it. Happiest outdoors.

from our clients

“As an Idaho-based company, it’s important to Chobani that we source and partner locally, and TMN makes that easy. They bring big-agency capability with small-business heart — I can’t recommend them enough.”
