Audio/Visual Production
Corporate AV and
Event Production

Stage, sound, lighting, video and show calling. All designed, owned and run by our own engineers.
Capabilities
- General Sessions
From a single screen and a lectern to a full LED wall, line array and multi-camera build, scaled to the program. We’ve produced general sessions in convention centers, five-star resorts with difficult access, and a brand-new manufacturing plant in Houston where our stage was the first thing set up in the building.
- Breakouts
The sessions nobody photographs, but where the real conversations are had. We’ve produced breakouts for five people and for four hundred, and the technical brief is different every time, a room built for discussion needs different sound, sightlines and control from one built for presentation.
- Hybrid
Two audiences, one show, and more than twenty-five hybrid programs a year. Push-to-talk microphones at every seat and PTZ cameras covering the room mean remote attendees hear and see whoever is speaking. The signal chain is built in vMix and tested against the run of show before the doors open.
- Virtual Production and Experiences
Produced from Boise and delivered anywhere. We’ve run virtual programs with NASA astronauts, sports figures and celebrity chefs, whiskey and wine tastings, cooking classes, and shipped a kit to every attendee beforehand, so people take part rather than watch. Six hundred participants across Brazil got theirs in time for a live cook-along.
- 3D Stage Design and Planning
We draw the stage before we build it, so a client sees the layout or the product reveal months ahead of the day. The drawings carry a point-of-view from every seat in the room, which means sightlines are resolved on paper.
- Show Calling & Technical Direction
Someone has to run it, and that’s us too. Every cue, camera, mic and screen change is called live from the control position, working to your run of show or writing it with you. The engineers who designed the build are the ones on headset when the doors open.

Most companies hire four suppliers. You’ll hire one.
A typical corporate program runs through a planner, an AV vendor, a DMC and a fabrication shop, four contracts, four points of contact, and four sets of assumptions that only meet on site. Every seam between them is a place something can fall.
We hold all of it. Our own engineers, our own inventory, our own fabrication, our own people on the ground. When something changes at 4pm the day before, there is one person to call and no negotiation about whose scope it is.
The people who designed your show are the people on headset during it.
