Technology

Stage, sound, lighting, video and show calling. All designed, owned and run by our own engineers.
Capabilities
- Event Registration Websites
Branded registration sites configured for your program, invitations, sessions, dietary requirements, travel details and anything else you need to collect. We build the flow around how the program actually runs.
- Custom Event Apps
Schedules, activity sign-ups, maps and notifications, pushed to the right people at the right moment. On a program in the Florida Keys the app ran a second track for accompanying guests, spa appointments, fishing and tours, released as each meeting ended.
- On-Site Check-In & Badge Printing
Check-in desks staffed by people who know the run of show, with badges and credentials printed on site. Names change and walk-ups happen, and the desk handles both without a queue forming.
- Event Payments & Sponsorship Tools
Event payments, sponsor packages and on-site transactions. On one annual program we take payment for a live auction from attendees who aren’t in the room, card details captured remotely and reconciled the same night.
- Attendee Communications
Pre-event information, on-site updates and the messages that go out when something changes. One system and one list, so everyone has the current version.
- Attendance Data & Reporting
Attendance, session numbers and check-in data collected as the program runs. The registration list, the door count and the final invoice all reconcile to each other.

Most companies hire four suppliers. You’ll hire one.
A typical corporate program runs through a planner, an AV vendor, a DMC and a fabrication shop, four contracts, four points of contact, and four sets of assumptions that only meet on site. Every seam between them is a place something can fall.
We hold all of it. Our own engineers, our own inventory, our own fabrication, our own people on the ground. When something changes at 4pm the day before, there is one person to call and no negotiation about whose scope it is.
The people who designed your show are the people on headset during it.
