An invite-only program for the top executives in their field, the kind of guest list that only works if the event is worth clearing a week for.

The brief was collaboration rather than presentation. So we built a stage everyone could see the new product from, and put a push-to-talk microphone in front of every seat. No queuing at a floor mic, no point lost because someone didn't want to stand up. Everything raised in the room went back to the client's team.

The Challenge

An invite-only program for the top executives in their field, built for collaboration rather than presentation, with partners traveling too, which meant a second program running alongside the first.

The project required:

A guest list of senior executives worth clearing a week for
A room designed so every attendee could contribute, not just those willing to stand at a floor mic
Everything raised in the session captured and returned to the client's team
A parallel program of spa, fishing and tours for accompanying guests
Both programs running to their own schedules across five days without colliding
