TMN has produced IMPA's annual meeting every year since 2000. It started with sixty attendees. It now runs to seven hundred.
Three days in Sun Valley, with a general session, thirty sponsors, and the whole group moving between golf, hiking, horse riding and clay shooting, every activity starting and finishing against a fixed schedule.
We handle event management, AV, destination management, registration, digital signage, and the event website. Sponsorship and on-site payments run through us, including a wine and cheese auction where card details are taken remotely.
The program keeps growing, so the general session gets redesigned to fit. We 3D map the room before anything is built, and rotate signage for thirty sponsors across the three days.
Last year the auction raised $120,000, which goes back into college programs for dairy students. We work with IMPA on growing attendance every year, a bigger room means a bigger auction.

The Challenge
A program that has grown from sixty attendees to seven hundred over twenty-six years, and keeps growing, so the general session is redesigned each year to fit the room around the number.
The project required:
- Redesigning the general session annually as attendance grows
- 3D mapping the room before anything is built
- Managing thirty sponsors with signage rotating across three days
- Taking payment for a live auction from attendees on-site in a remote location
- Moving seven hundred people between golf, hiking, horse riding and clay shooting against a fixed schedule
