Five stops from the East Coast to the West in 2025, with two concurrent virtual meetings carrying another seven hundred attendees in between.
The brief was a trade show that could land anywhere. Thirty thousand square feet meant a stadium concourse in one city and a ballroom in the next, so the build had to work in both without being redesigned between stops.

The Challenge
A trade show that had to land anywhere. Thirty thousand square feet meant a stadium concourse in one city and a ballroom in the next, so the build had to work in both without being redesigned between stops, and had to strike and leave the venue the same night it finished.
The project required:
- A single build that fits venues of entirely different shapes
- Everything packing into one semi and traveling self-sufficient
- Load-in the day before, strike and load-out the same night the show ends
- Twenty-five trade show stations, five breakouts and a two-hundred-person general session in one floor plan
- Two concurrent virtual meetings running alongside the physical stops
