Event Management

Stage, sound, lighting, video and show calling. All designed, owned and run by our own engineers.
Capabilities
- Program Design & Budgeting
Objectives first, then the build. We shape the program around what it has to achieve and put a budget against it that holds, tracked line by line from the first estimate through to final reconciliation.
- Venue Sourcing & Contract Negotiation
We source around eight hundred venues a year, which gives us live reference points and real leverage in the contract. We negotiate rates, attrition, food and beverage minimums, and the venue’s own AV, before it becomes an unbudgeted line.
- Travel, Accommodation & Arrivals
Flights, room blocks, rooming lists and every transfer, scheduled door to door. For a program in Girdwood, sixty-two guests traveled from separate home cities on limited Alaskan flight schedules and each connection was built to land them together.
- Registration & Attendee Management
Registration sites, invitations, attendee communications and on-site check-in, staffed by people who know the run of show. Badges, credentials and manifests all come from the same system, so the list at the door matches the list in the budget.
- Food & Beverage
Menus, tastings, dietary requirements and service timings across every meal of a program. We hold the F&B minimum in the contract and design against it.
- Run of Show & On-Site Management
A single run of show that everything hangs from, sessions, transport, activities, catering and technical, in one document. Our people are on site through load-in, show and strike, and the person you planned with is the person making the call when the day changes.
- Sponsorship & Exhibitor Management
Sponsor packages, exhibitor logistics, signage and on-site payments. On one annual program we manage thirty sponsors across three days with rotating signage, and take payment for a live auction from attendees who aren’t in the room.
- Reconciliation & Reporting
Every invoice checked against every contract, and a final account that reconciles to the budget you approved. Alongside it, the attendance and survey data that tells you what worked.

Most companies hire four suppliers. You’ll hire one.
A typical corporate program runs through a planner, an AV vendor, a DMC and a fabrication shop, four contracts, four points of contact, and four sets of assumptions that only meet on site. Every seam between them is a place something can fall.
We hold all of it. Our own engineers, our own inventory, our own fabrication, our own people on the ground. When something changes at 4pm the day before, there is one person to call and no negotiation about whose scope it is.
The people who designed your show are the people on headset during it.
